
Why did you go into business in the first place? What is your business’ purpose? I often tell my audiences, if you don’t understand the purpose of a thing you have a greater chance of abusing it. Likewise, if you don’t understand the purpose of your business, you have a greater chance of failing in business. How would your business be something and better for your customers? How will your business meet the needs of your customers? How will your business meet the need for your personal best? How can your business solve problems for your customers? How can your business meet the needs of your customers that make you different and better than your competition? Know without any doubt why you went into business and began to build from that foundation. Internally communicate your business goals and needs to yourself then proceed to communicate to everyone else.
