
This is a question that my partner and I are always considering for our clients. We want to have that unexpected extra something to offer our clients without them expecting it. Usually we have outlined packages that we offer and when a client chooses a package they are pretty satisfied with what they have chosen, but then we spring the extra on them and the result is a referral or new client. I came across this blog and couldn’t believe it; the author did an excellent job of explaining, “The power of something extra.” I suggest you take your time and read it carefully and seriously consider implementing “something extra” into your marketing strategy.
