
I usually buy a product or use a service because either one or both will provide a solution to a problem for me. I feel pretty safe in saying that most people use a particular product or service for the same reason. That’s why during your research you identify what problems and issues concern your target market and make sure that your product or service will solve those problems. Again, here’s where your solution has to be different and better than that of your competitors. Be creative when it comes to creating a need for your target market. I found in my particular business, which is a service business; I have to educate and inform people before I present to them a need for my services and the possible consequences for not utilizing a service such as mine, more times than not, many agree and become clients.
