
It’s almost inevitable when in a working, professional or business environment that you will encounter people who do not have the necessary skills to communicate with others, but they do not respect the principle of walking in integrity or misrepresenting themselves or others. They have no consideration for carrying words that promote character assassinations and gossip. As a manager or even employee, you cannot afford to associate yourself with this inappropriate behavior or people that demonstrate this kind of behavior. You have to be the one to carry the word of reason (motivation). Words that destroy the character of others are not only detrimental to them; they can also destroy your credibility and possibly your career. The successful person warrants trust from his co-workers.
