A discussion about business and marketing communications (or marcom).

Having a positive friendly attitude can take you a long way in your business.  You just never know how the way you’ve treated someone will affect them.  Case in point, this past weekend I conducted a half day seminar and decided to incorporate a working lunch the last hour for Q & A.  I catered the lunch through Panera Bread.  My contact person was Regina who was very helpful and delightfully nice to work with.  She provided all of the assistance I needed to schedule my catered lunch.  At the time I picked up the lunch, Regina wasn’t there, but everyone I dealt with had that same pleasant positive attitude and lunch was great, everything we needed for lunch was provided by our caters.  It was a pleasant delight doing business with a business that takes pride in conducting business the way business should be conducted.  Here’s the clincher, Regina called today to follow-up and ensure that everything was done correctly and we were satisfied.  Way to go Regina , you and your crew definitely represent your company well, I will definitely share my experience and I’ll be back!!!  See, you just never know.
