What are we as a company doing to be heavily customer oriented? Are employees doing their part in ensuring that all customers are satisfied and want to return? Are customers finding solutions and answers to their problems and concerns and are doing so at a competitive price? Be thorough in your evaluations so you can get the best returns on your investment.
