
There are numerous ways to communicate, verbal language, sign language, body language, gestures, writing, broadcasting—these are all part of the process of communication. Although verbal communication is probably the most prominent human form of communication, according to statistics, it’s not the most used—it is professed to be only 7% - 11% of communication. Written language, another prominent and advanced form of human communication is used considerably more than verbal in today’s fast paced business world with all of its technology. We are bombarded with so much information that its imperative to understand the manner in which others perceive the world and themselves. And the key to this understanding is learning how to effectively communicate in the right language at the appropriate time.
