ABC News Show 20/20 Puts Bad Customer Service on Blast

You all have heard me rant and rave about poor customer service, well it seems that the Friday evening ABC News show 20/20 deemed poor customer service worthy of being broadcasted also.  They will be doing a segment called, ‘Beyond poor customer service.’  I don’t know if many businesses realize the problem with customer service or should I say the problem with the lack of good customer service.  Since I have been posting lately to benefit small businesses, I think they should really take a long hard look at the level of customer service they are providing because unlike some medium size businesses and corporations who can afford the cost of poor customer service, the small business can fail due to poor customer service.  I think it will be an interesting segment to tune in to, let me know what you think.
