No, I don’t own stock in Williams and Williams, nor had I heard of them until my colleague wrote about them in her blog.  She writes the Mortgagevox blog for KnowMoreMedia.com. If you recall in my marketing strategies blogs, ‘Strategic Marketing—Perfect Timing’, I told how leveraging in your marketing plans can work for your business.  I thought that Williams and Williams cleverly took advantage of Taffy’s Mortgagevox blog to get some additional exposure in another state.  True, Taffy did not have to blog about the company, but she did and it is exactly what Williams and Williams hoped for and low and behold, they got more than they bargained for because I’m blogging about them also.  Creative marketing will keep you thinking outside of the box and can work to your advantage.
