A discussion about business and marketing communications (or marcom).

I don’t know about you, but I hate obnoxious people.  Most people call the office wise guys jerks, but I think they are obnoxious.  I also think they are repugnant, miserable unhappy people and their behavior is a camouflage for what’s really going on in their miserable life.  Maybe that’s kind of harsh, but why else would someone want to be the person in the office that everyone avoids.  Jerks come in all levels, employee, mid-management and even upper-management.  They can be either male or female and sadly, young or old.   But how do you deal with the office jerk, regardless of their outward appearance.
