Right about now, I guess you can say that I’m a ‘cranky customer’ who’s trying hard to not become crankier. So the “R” in cranky means take responsibility for getting the job done right. After a long search and research, we hired a company to paint our house (everyone that has a business card and say that they are a company, don’t have a clue) and I can not wait until this job is done. I may have told you that my husband owns a remodeling business and this was not one of his jobs, but he has had to supervise, provide the ladders, some tools and can’t leave and trust the people to do the job right. Isn’t it the company’s job to make sure that they have all the tools required to do the job right and completely? The only persons taking responsibility for this job is me and my husband, but we’re suppose to be the customer!! I’ve decided to cut the “cranky” and complete my job.
