A discussion about business and marketing communications (or marcom).

I have to refer back to my post on outsourcing, ‘Is Outsourcing Helping or Hindering Customer Service’?  I received another comment concerning offshore customer service support.  Someone from Finati- Your Outsourcing Partner wrote, “Finati, Inc is an outsourcing firm that specializes in:  System Integration, Outsourcing & Consulting.  We routinely function as a virtual and seamless extension of our client’s delivery organization.  The results are tailor-made high-value, high-performance, and high-quality solutions.  We have offices in Los Angeles, Sydney, Bangalore and Bhubaneswar .”  Again, my issues are not with the relationships between the companies, but with the companies inability to devote the much needed attention to making sure that everyone involved ability to communicate with customers and clients is such that it increases the level of customer service satisfaction and not diminish it.  Thanks for your comment and please feel free to respond as you have insight from within.  What is your customer service training like?
