
Everyone knows about my Best Buy saga and how they are really missing it in the customer service department. Well it continues. I had to go back to the store yesterday to take my tower in---again!! I was trying to install an operating system on it, but I could not get it to install. Best Buy had offered to install an operating system, of course for a fee. I called the store and talked with (an agent) and was told to bring it back to the store. Now this store is only about 10 miles or less away from me, hey gas is $3 a gallon and I’ve made this trip five (5) times already!! This is 10 miles there and 10 miles back!!!! Low and behold, one of the agents (GEEKS) had disabled a component causing the operating system not to install when prompted. I returned home, installed my operating system and now I have to have agent Al-bataa come back again and finish the installation of my network. I’ll keep you informed.
