“N” in Cranky Customer Stands for Noodle-Did you use it?

When I read that ‘N’ in cranky customer stood for noodle as in use your brain to think, I laughed hilariously!  I had not heard that since I was a little girl.  My grandmother used to tell us not to let someone else use our head as their hat rack---in other words, use your brain and think for yourself and not let someone else think for you.  Customers deserve to have an employee (the person that represents who and what your company is about and how you do business) give them the answers they need and to solve any problems they may have when doing business with your company.   Companies should train employees to provide high levels of customer service to all of it’s customers on an ongoing basis.
