
My partner and I were recently discussing marketing strategies that would increase profits in our business. One thing that we both agreed on was the fact that we definitely had to have multiple streams of income. And the one way that we plan on achieving that is by fine tuning what we do and on the services we offer. Let me explain, we sat down and defined more clearly what we both had to offer our clients. We then evaluated our areas of expertise and decided on an exact introduction for ourselves and our services. We each found a way to “brand” what we do and how what we do it different and better than our competitors. In each business that would provide an income, we defined its specific purpose. We knew exactly who we were, the purpose of why we were doing what we do and how we want to do it. We then told the world this is who we are. As a result we experienced increased profits because our target audience agreed that we are different and better. I said all of that to say, defining who you are, your product or services and what you do can increase your profits.
