College recruiters have found that internet marketing online has become an essential strategy for them. A survey by PEW Internet Research revealed that under half of the 133 million people surveyed said that the Internet played a major role in choosing schools or colleges for themselves or their children. A new website called EDURecruiting.com has been designed to teach college recruiters how to take advantage of the college Internet marketing online opportunities available to them according to a press release released today on PRWEB. “Harris Interactive conducted a poll in 2004 that told us 75% of the time students spend searching for college is spent online,” says Mark Shay, president of StudentProspector, the company that created EDURecruiting.com. “If schools aren’t adverting online, they aren’t being seen by students. Our new website can teach recruiters how to take better advantage of the Web to reach targeted demographics and increase their enrollments.” As I often encouraged you, making the move to online is the way to go.
