
I have spent two and a half (21/2) hours on the phone with Dell customer service. I finally got a partial resolution to my problem. The first technical support person hung up on me after an hour. In the middle of his troubleshooting, he hung up!!!! I was not doing any talking except for repeating his instructions back as I executed them, so it wasn’t me. I gave him the benefit of the doubt and hoped that he just got disconnected and would call back because the he had my phone number from the beginning of our conservation, but he didn’t. I dreaded calling back, but I was in the middle of troubleshooting that he had started and I needed the technical support to return to normal. So I called and started the process all over again. My first problem was trying to understand the foreign dialect. That was my reason for repeating the instructions. We definitely experienced a failure to communicate!!!!!!!!! (I’m yelling)
