A discussion about business and marketing communications (or marcom).

I know I encourage you to always discover, exercise and demonstrate your creative side.  Well now I’m going to encourage you to engage everyone in your business to be creative.  Everyone can be creative and do something different that will work for the greater good.  When people are allowed to be creative, something great happens.  They become self-motivators and take the initiative, they change their attitude and way of thinking, they begin to think out of the box and deal with solutions once problems are identified.  And they also become more productive.  So if you have not encouraged everyone in your business to tap into their creativity, after reading this, you will.  You have everything to gain when it comes to empowering others to be all that they can be.  Don’t you (boss) be the reason for your company’s poor customer service!
