
Well today I have hopefully had my final visit from (Double Agent) Al-bataa of the Geek Squad. For those of you who don’t remember, the Geek Squad was setting up a wireless network in my home and when Double Agent Al-bataa came to install my network, I had two (2) working computers when he left I had only one (1). To get the details go to ‘Failure to Follow-Up Overshadows Good Customer Service’, ‘What Happened to Customer Service’ and ‘Not Valuing Customers Can Cost’. It has been a saga to say the least. My focus has been centered on their poor customer service. So on today, he finished installing the wireless network, but charged me an additional $69 for making all of my software talk to my computer so they can dance well together. Oh, I also had to get my Microsoft Word re-activated. Hmm, I’ll have to add up how much this bad customer service has cost me!!!!
