
I think that if someone is going to hang out a shingle that says ‘open for business’ they should at least be prepared to do business. One of the most important things I think should be considered is hiring the people to represent your company the way you would. Because of the poor customer service from way to many companies, it’s obvious that they don’t have a clue as to how their employees are representing their company. Remember my Best Buy situation; I’m sure that the president of that corporation does not realize that how I was treated by his employees reflected very poorly on him. So the bottom line is companies should be aware of their employee’s performance because it directly reflects on them.
