
Not only do the organizations have to have a foundational structure, the top is just a s important as the bottom. Your organization must have existing organization charts which defines and hierarchical structure on paper. From there a functional region, branch, and departments must be in place to divide your company into its existing reporting structure. Now you can assign a manager at each level and under each manager, add employees that report to him or her. This is just one example for establishing organizational structure. Remember to research and define what will work best for your company. Build your organization from the foundation up and from the top down respectively.
