
I have found from experience that people will open up to you if you engage them. When you engage people, they will become relational with you within a very short period. Usually our seminars are two hours long with a 10-15 minute break. What we’ve found is once you encourage people to open up and interact with you, people use the break as an opportunity to have a one on one with you because they feel so comfortable with you. Our ability to interactively engage our audience comes as a result of learning and implementing effective communication skills that demonstrate genuine interest in others, influence, persuade and above all, becoming an active listener. All of this leads to capturing our target market and gaining new clients.
