
I communicate quite a lot of my business via email and from the amount I get, lets me know that there is an enormous amount of other businesses communicating through email also. But, to effectively communicate via email, the same rules should apply as with all written communications. I think that it is very important to inform the receiver of the exact subject of the email in the subject line. If the subject line is a mini summary to the body of the email, there’s let chance that your email will end up in the spam folder. Make your emails clear and concise with short and to the point sentences. The body should contain useful, informative information and be direct and to the point qiuckly. When using email as a marketing strategy, be sure to brush up on your written communication skills.
