
A comment from a reader encouraged me to research more marketing strategies to help businesses with strategic marketing campaigns that target customer service rather than customer profits, because focusing in on good customer service relations will automatically bring in the profits from those targeted customers as well as new customers. Organizations should learn how to develop and use a systematic approach to creative, innovative marketing. If they don’t develop these systems in marketing, there is a possibility of failure. You cannot relinquish the responsibility of marketing your business to someone else because no one knows your business or product better than you and no one has the passion and desire for your business to succeed more than you.
