In my blog on Customer Rewards, I talked about becoming a friend to your customers and becoming a friend with a hand out. Check it out. And a comment came in from Cyberguy and this is what he said, “It’s a basic law of marketing putting the customers in the centre of your business offering them all the attention needed. So they feel appreciated and the feed back will function as expected.” I totally agree Cyberguy, thanks for reading, but my question is why do so many businesses miss the application of this basic law? I can guarantee when I’m out shopping for whatever, I get more 'no customer service' than any at all. Could that be because most people do not possess the basic skills they need to communicate?
