
I thought I was done with this whole notion of servicing your customers. Well, I attended a seminar last night that talked about the importance of following up with your customers. And then I checked my email this morning, guess what was the subject of one of them---you got it, FOLLOW- UP! Business owners, you have got to understand the importance of keeping in contact with people and how it really means a lot in turns of them continuing to do business with you. I’m assuming the main reason you are in business is to make profits, but without customers, that would be difficult. Let’s explore some options.
