A discussion about business and marketing communications (or marcom).

Now I’m trying to figure out how in the world this person got my order wrong.  We were on the phone for almost an hour and I had her to repeat my order back to me.  Yes!!  She repeated it in English back to me correctly!!  I don’t think that Seattle is considered outsourcing is it?   I immediately called her back.  By the way, she gave me her direct line and ID number for “personal service,” she said.  I would have opted for service a little less personal!!   I told her the problem with the order, she apologized and by the end of the next business   day, I had a confirmation email with my correct order.   Here’s my problem, not only did I receive my order, but I received the other order and it was charged to my account!!   Who’s servicing the customer?
