
I had a reader comment on my customer service kick; it’s good to know that someone else would like to have a little customer service also. I went shopping at an outlet mall this past weekend and I went into several retailers and the salespersons never even greeted me. It was like I was invisible! I told my daughter that I have always made it a practice never to spend my money in any retail establishment that did not greet me and value my presence in their store as a customer that has a choice, but choose them as a retailer. That’s why I chose to shop online as much as I can. I’ll never purchase anything otherwise. Most retailers’ customer service is lousy and I don’t have to take it anymore! Maybe that’s why most of the stores had gone out of business.
Whew! That felt good. I think I’m done with that now---maybe!!
