In nurturing your customers, why not have a Customer Appreciation Day. What other way to celebrate your customer, nurture your relationship, reward them and openly say, we appreciate you and value your business and loyalty to us. This is where you take the opportunity to reward your repeat customers with special discounts, gift cards, “VIP” cards (who wouldn’t like to be recognized as a VIP) or something FREE. Also expect to gain new customers. There are various inexpensive novelties that you can get to give as thank you gifts to customers. Hey, I’ve given you some suggestions; now use your imagination to improve the customer relations in your business. Believe me; the customer does make the difference when it comes to business cents. Invest in them.
