
I can’t believe it, here I’ve been on my customer service soap box and I’m hearing more and more about how employees are starting to recognize the value of customers to business and how valuing the customer contributes to their job success. My partner and I usually do quite a bite of our business via email, teleconferencing, and virtual assistant. Well, she informed me that she was contacted by a representative from Constant Contact. Constant Contact is a do-it-yourself email marketing solutions for small businesses and associations. She said that the representative talked to her about their services in detail and was ready to answer any questions she might have. He gave her his personal extension as he closed his sales pitch. He saw an opportunity to possibly gain a new customer and ceased it. Way to go!
