
Tip # 3: Gain employee trust. Keep employees in the loop with information on the organization’s position. Sharing the organization’s success stories will evoke a feeling and behavior of belonging to the employees. Always be consistent in following through with the same plan and not changing in the middle of the stream. If change is expected, inform everyone. Demonstrate genuine concern for employees and their personal lives. Include employee suggestions on programs that will best benefit them and meet the current needs of the organization. Allow the employees to be apart of the organization’s employee continuing education plan. Employees can also be effective marketing tools for their organization if they are empowered and feel that they have the organization behind them.
