The purpose of this blog is to inform, enlighten, encourage, and help you in any way possible to start, build, increase and ultimately max out your potential in business. And I will communicate that the best way I can. I’m sure you’ve noticed that my style of blogging is more informal than formal. The reason behind this approach is based on my professional experience. When I was in middle-management, upper-management were baffled at how I could ask employees to do almost anything (work related, of course) and they never complained and completed the task I requested of them with excellence. It was simple for me. I developed a relationship with the people I worked with. I empowered them to be all that they could be. That was the secret—which is really not a secret. It was simple common sense to me.
