
Yes, it’s about customer service again! I hope by sharing my customer service experiences, it will help businesses improve their customer service, get some ideas and maybe even try some of the suggestions and examples. This past weekend I went to Best Buy to get a network for my computers. If you recall, I told you that I was turning into a techie, well, I turning into and learning at the same time. I am high maintenance right now, but that did not matter to the sales representative at Best Buy. He took a lot of time explaining to me my options and showing me different products from which to choose. And as a result, I and my daughter spent close to $3000 on that one visit. I’m sure there are other customers out there like me that just want to be treated like customers and want our needs met by the businesses we patronize.
