
As I am in the midst of dealing with the customer service of two different companies, I feel like I am the only person that has a clue about what’s happening. And my goodness, don’t, I repeat don’t get disconnected. You have to start the frustrating ordeal of explaining the problem all over again with someone new, who could also care less about your complaint or situation. Along with having to deal with the problem at hand, you get connected with someone from another country that does not understand most of what you are saying; neither do I understand them very well. You now have a language barrier in addition to your original problem. Now I’m thinking as soon as I can find another company to do business with, I will.
