
When it comes to customer service now, you very seldom get the opportunity to talk to a person. You have to go through the long list of options from an automated system. I know that I am like most consumers and turned off by the automated phone services and being put on hold. I called my states attorney general’s office the other day and had to go through a list of options for at least 5-8 minutes and when I finally thought I was finished and connected so I could talk to a person, I was disconnected. I tried again and again and the same process repeated itself. There are no considerations made for the customer, someone needs to answer the phone!
